Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas.
Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities.
Replenish supplies and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
Handle lost and found items properly.
Maintain housekeeping trolley and supplies neatly.
Respond to guest requests promptly and politely.
Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping/hotel experience preferred.
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physically fit to handle cleaning tasks.
