Key Responsibilities Guest Room Cleaning
Clean and service guest rooms daily (beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture)
Change bed linens and replace towels
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces
Replenish guest supplies (toiletries, coffee, water, amenities)
Empty trash and replace liners
Bathroom Maintenance
Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, bathtubs, and showers
Refill soap, shampoo, tissue, and towels
Ensure bathrooms are odor-free and hygienic
Inspection & Reporting
Check room condition and report:
Maintenance issues (leaks, broken furniture, lights, AC)
Damaged or missing items
Lost and found items
Report suspicious activity or safety hazards
Guest Interaction
Greet guests politely and respond to basic requests
Respect guest privacy and follow "Do Not Disturb" policies
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times
Safety & Hygiene
Follow hotel cleaning standards and safety procedures
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly
Adhere to health, safety, and infection-control guidelines
Linen & Equipment Handling
Collect, sort, and deliver soiled linens to laundry
Stock housekeeping carts with supplies
Keep equipment clean and in good working condition
Public Area Support (if assigned)
Assist with cleaning corridors, staircases, or service areas
Help with deep cleaning or special projects
