About the Role:

We are seeking a

of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional cleaning and housekeeping services, ensuring every guest experiences a pristine, welcoming, and luxurious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain all rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to

hotel-level cleanliness

and appearance. Perform

deep cleaning, polishing, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing

of all surfaces and furnishings. Care for

high-end finishes

, marble, glass, wood, and delicate materials using the correct cleaning products. Make up rooms to

guest-ready condition

with perfect attention to linen presentation, amenities, and fragrance. Ensure

laundry and linen

are handled with care, ironed, and stored neatly. Replenish toiletries, refreshments, and guest supplies promptly and elegantly. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the management team immediately. Maintain full

discretion and confidentiality

when handling guest areas and personal belongings. Uphold company standards and follow detailed checklists to ensure consistency and perfection. Assist in preparing the apartment before guest arrivals and after check-outs to

Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in a

5-star hotel

,

luxury villa

, or

premium serviced apartment

. Strong knowledge of

housekeeping and hygiene standards

in luxury environments. Exceptional

attention to detail

skills. Presentable, polite, and professional appearance at all times. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed.
