Job Description
Housekeeping Room Attendant - Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms to high standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility, including lobbies, hallways, public restrooms, and other common areas. Replace used linens and towels with clean ones, replenish toiletries and other room amenities, and keep supply carts well-stocked and organized. Promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate department or management team. Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials. Deliver excellent customer service by responding to guest requests or concerns in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. Maintain discretion and a high level of confidentiality while respecting guests' privacy at all times.
