Job Description
KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest 5-star standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing. Replenish guest room supplies (linens, amenities, etc.) according to hotel guidelines. Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly. Handle guest requests and inquiries courteously and efficiently. Maintain a neat and organized cart and storage areas. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Collaborate effectively with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments.
