We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Housekeeping Manager

to lead the housekeeping operations at our luxury resort in the

Maldives

. This is a critical role responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.

You will oversee a large team and ensure every guest villa, public area, and back-of-house space reflects the quality expected of a world-class resort.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all housekeeping operations Maintain exceptional cleanliness in guest villas, public areas, and staff facilities Conduct regular inspections and implement quality control measures Monitor and manage housekeeping budgets, inventories, and supplies Develop efficient cleaning processes and training programs Collaborate with Engineering, Front Office, and F&B departments for seamless service Address guest feedback and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years

of experience in housekeeping management at a luxury resort or 5-star hotel Strong leadership and organizational abilities High attention to detail with a commitment to excellence Proven ability to manage large, multicultural teams Knowledge of international hygiene and safety protocols Willingness to

relocate to the Maldives

full-time International experience is a plus
