Key Responsibilities

Supervise housekeeping staff, assign duties, and inspect work to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Maintain schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels for shifts. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, corridors, and other assigned areas to ensure they meet sanitation and cleanliness standards. Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching and guidance. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate with procurement as needed. Prepare and maintain records of room inspections, cleaning logs, staff attendance, and maintenance reports. Report maintenance issues or repairs to the maintenance team promptly. Ensure proper use and handling of cleaning chemicals and tools, following safety protocols. Handle guest or client complaints professionally and take prompt action to resolve issues. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in hospitality or housekeeping management is an advantage. Proven experience (2+ years) in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Basic computer knowledge for maintaining reports and logs. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and safety standards.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
