Job Title: Housekeeping Manager - Short-Term Rentals

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role within short-term rentals, hospitality, or housekeeping management.

Responsibilities:

1. Staff Management

Supervise, monitor, and coordinate the work of drivers, cleaners, and maintenance personnel.

Prepare and implement effective work schedules for the housekeeping team.

2. Daily Operations

Conduct regular follow-ups during the day to ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time and meet company standards.

Perform on-site quality control inspections to maintain top cleanliness and presentation standards across units.

3. Inventory & Warehouse Management

Perform daily inspections of up to three units to review inventory, maintenance issues, and cleanliness.

Track and manage warehouse stock levels to ensure sufficient supply of materials and equipment.

4. Purchasing & Allocation

Procure cleaning and maintenance supplies when required.

Allocate purchased materials across units and record usage.

Inspect new units, coordinate setup and staging, and arrange photoshoots with the company photographer.

5. Reporting & Documentation

5th & 20th of each month: Provide a report on remaining inventory and necessary procurements.

15th & 30th of each month: Submit a cleaning performance report with details of tasks completed and collected funds.

30th of each month: Submit a summary of maintenance expenses for all managed units.

Ensure timely submission of all operational reports and highlight any unresolved issues.

6. Communication & Coordination

Communicate proactively with management on work progress, resource needs, and challenges.

Coordinate with other departments and allocate extra work based on management instructions.

Requirements:

Experience managing housekeeping or operations teams.

Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and scheduling tools.

Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.

Strong English communication skill
