Key Responsibilities

:

Lead and oversee housekeeping operations across

multiple residential and commercial buildings

Plan, schedule, and manage housekeeping teams and supervisors across various client locations Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all buildings Coordinate with building owners, facility managers, and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction Handle escalated complaints, special requests, and operational challenges efficiently Conduct regular audits and inspections across all sites and implement improvements Manage training programs for supervisors and staff on cleaning protocols and equipment use Prepare reports on performance, staffing, inventory, and incident logs Monitor and control stock levels, purchase cleaning materials, and ensure cost-efficiency Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including Dubai Municipality guidelines Support recruitment and onboarding of new housekeeping staff and supervisors Supervise deep cleaning, move-in/move-out services, and specialized cleaning projects Work closely with the Operations Manager and report directly to senior management

Requirements

:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a housekeeping managerial role, preferably in building maintenance or facilities management Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills Proven experience managing

multiple locations or large-scale cleaning operations

Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, machinery, safety procedures, and inspection standards Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus) Ability to multitask, make decisions, and lead under pressure
