Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and schedule housekeeping teams across multiple zones
Develop and implement site-wide cleaning protocols and inspection routines
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including procurement and budgeting
Coordinate with site operations, HSE officers, and facility teams for cleaning priorities
Monitor staff performance and conduct regular training for best practices
Handle escalations, incident reporting, and urgent cleanup requirements
Maintain accurate documentation of schedules, inspections, and audit results
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid
Housekeeping or Facility Management License
recognized in the UAE
Minimum of
5 years' experience
in facility management within
construction site settings
Strong understanding of industrial cleaning techniques, equipment use, and chemical handling
Proven ability to manage large teams under dynamic site conditions
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., SIRA, Dubai Municipality, HSE protocols)
