Housekeeping Manager

to lead housekeeping operations, ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness throughout the property, effectively manage the team, and uphold brand service expectations.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:


Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments. Oversee and manage all housekeeping operations Lead, train, and develop the housekeeping team Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet hygiene and brand standards Prepare departmental budgets and manage operational expenses Implement quality control inspections and audits Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations Monitor productivity, schedules, and staffing requirements Handle guest feedback and resolve service challenges professionally

What we need from you

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping leadership within a hotel Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities Excellent knowledge of housekeeping processes and standards Proficiency with housekeeping systems and inventory planning Ability to motivate diverse teams
