Managing housekeeping staff effectively.
Developing and implementing housekeeping procedures.
Controlling inventory and managing budgets related to housekeeping.
Conducting site visits, analyzing, and evaluating information related to tenders and cost estimation for facility management consumables, equipment, and materials.
Understanding direct and indirect resources in line with the scope of work and project specifications.
Hands-on experience in preparing and submitting housekeeping tender requirements.
