Job Summary

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and dependable Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Whether you are working in a private residence or a commercial setting, your goal will be to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

General Cleaning:

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning carpets.

Kitchen & Bathrooms:

Sanitizing countertops, appliances, toilets, showers, and sinks.

Laundry:

Washing, drying, folding, and putting away linens and clothing.

Organization:

Tidying rooms, making beds, and ensuring all items are in their proper place.

Deep Cleaning:

Periodically cleaning windows, baseboards, and inside appliances (ovens/refrigerators).

Restocking:

Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies and household essentials (toilet paper, soap, etc.).

Reporting:

Notifying the manager or homeowner of any maintenance issues or repairs needed.

Requirements & Skills

Experience:

Previous experience in professional housekeeping or residential cleaning preferred.

Reliability:

Punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to [25] lbs, and perform repetitive cleaning motions.

Attention to Detail:

A "sharp eye" for spots, dust, and clutter that others might miss.

Integrity:

Must be honest, trustworthy, and respect the privacy of the client/homeowner.

Communication:

Basic English proficiency to follow instructions and communicate updates.
