ROLE DESCRIPTION

:

Job Purpose

Maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic environment that supports comfort, safety, and a positive experience for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cleaning and Maintenance

Perform daily cleaning of play area, bathrooms, and common areas Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and remove trash Replenish supplies such as soaps, toilet paper, and cleaning products Report maintenance issues or damages promptly

2. Health and Safety Compliance

Follow proper hygiene and sanitation procedures Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to guidelines Adhere to workplace safety standards and protocols Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste

3. Guest Service and Support

Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and politely Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy Ensure guest areas are clean and welcoming at all times Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
