Wonderful Stay is a premium holiday homes company offering luxury furnished apartments in prime locations across Dubai, including Downtown Dubai. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a reliable and proactive Driver to support our housekeeping and operations team.

The Role: Housekeeping Driver

The Housekeeping Driver plays a critical role in daily operations by ensuring the smooth transportation of cleaning staff, linens, consumables, and equipment between apartments, warehouses, and suppliers. This role directly impacts operational efficiency, on-time check-ins, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Transport housekeeping staff safely and punctually between apartments and operational sites. Deliver and collect cleaning materials, linens, amenities, and equipment as per daily schedules. Support housekeeping operations to ensure apartments are guest-ready on time. Assist supervisors with ad-hoc operational tasks when required. Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and operated responsibly at all times. Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any issues immediately. Support warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and organizing supplies. Follow daily task allocations and routes efficiently to minimize delays. Maintain professionalism and a service-oriented attitude when interacting with staff, suppliers, and guests if required. Comply with all company SOPs, safety regulations, and UAE traffic laws. Assist during peak operations, emergencies, or last-minute schedule changes.

Skills & Qualifications

Valid UAE driving license (manual required). Minimum 2 years of experience as a driver in hospitality, housekeeping, facilities, or service-based operations. Good knowledge of Dubai roads, locations, and traffic patterns. Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading supplies when required. Reliable, punctual, and able to work under time pressure. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs. Must be available to start immediately.
