As a Housekeeping Attendant in a 5-star hotel, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in guest rooms and public areas. You will ensure every guest experiences comfort, luxury, and exceptional service, aligned with the hotel's brand and five-star expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and assigned areas with attention to luxury standards.
Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities with precision.
Perform deep cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis.
Ensure all items in rooms are in perfect condition and correctly placed.
Handle guests' personal belongings with discretion and care.
Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, and any unusual room conditions immediately.
Maintain cleanliness in hallways, guest areas, and back-of-house housekeeping stations.
Use proper cleaning chemicals and tools as per hotel safety standards.
Provide personalized service and respond to guest requests with courtesy and efficiency.
Comply with hotel policies, grooming standards, and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in a luxury or 5-star hotel environment preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; housekeeping certification is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
Discreet, trustworthy, and guest-service focused.
Physically fit; able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
Good communication skills; basic English proficiency required.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
