Job Summary:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized

Housekeeping Coordinator

to support the housekeeping department in ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate between housekeeping staff, supervisors, and other departments to maintain high cleanliness standards and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and room status updates Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor work progress Communicate effectively with Front Office, Maintenance, and Laundry departments Track room cleaning status and update the system accordingly Handle guest requests, complaints, and follow-ups related to housekeeping Maintain housekeeping records, attendance, and duty rosters Ensure proper usage and availability of cleaning supplies and equipment Report maintenance issues and follow up on rectifications Ensure compliance with hotel standards, SOPs, and health & safety regulations Assist supervisors and managers with administrative duties

Requirements & Qualifications:



Proven experience in housekeeping operations (luxury hotel or luxury hospitality industry preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Basic computer skills (PMS knowledge is an advantage) Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:

Luxury hospitality: 3 years (Required)

Arabic (Preferred)
