We are hiring urgently hiring Housekeeping Coordinator
Coordinate and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow, considering the dynamic demands of customers expectations.
Conduct regular inspections of daily all cleanings services basis on call and AMC contracts , and facilities to ensure cleanliness meets the high standards expected in the UAE hospitality industry.
Train new housekeeping staff in the specific protocols , providing ongoing guidance and support.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order replenishments as needed to meet the demands of customers.
Handle customers complaints or requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring the safety and well-being of both clients and staffs.
Experience: minimum 2 years housekeeping coordinator.
