This position is for females only. Responsibility: Experience as Housekeeping Desk Coordinator or Housekeeping Order Taker Good knowledge in Excel and MS office. Record every telephone call in a log book/database noting the action taken, who is responsible and whom the call was received by. Good knowledge of Housekeeping operations. Knowledge of inventory control. Fluent in English and Hindi. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor\'s degree in hospitality or related field preferred. Prior experience in housekeeping or housekeeping management is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent guest service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
