Job Description
1. Housekeeping Duties - Residential Building
A. Cleaning and Maintenance
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in apartments, corridors, lobbies, and staircases. Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, doors, and windows. Cleaning glass doors, mirrors, and balconies. Sanitizing common washrooms, toilets, and shared facilities (gym, pool, etc.). Regularly cleaning lifts, lift lobbies, and entrance areas.
B. Waste Management
Collecting, segregating, and disposing of household and common area waste. Ensuring proper placement of bins and cleanliness around waste disposal areas.
C. Room/Apartment Support
Replenishing consumables in shared areas (tissues, soap, sanitizer). Assisting residents with basic housekeeping requests when authorized.
D. Equipment & Inventory
Maintaining cleaning equipment and reporting any defects. Ensuring safe storage and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
E. Deep Cleaning & Special Tasks
Periodic deep cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and tiles in common areas. Cleaning terraces, gardens, and outdoor pathways. Supporting events or emergency cleaning tasks within the building.
F. Reporting & Coordination
Reporting maintenance issues or damages to the facility manager. Maintaining daily cleaning logs and schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
