Housekeeping Attendant
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to maintain cleanliness and ensure a comfortable environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of cleaning duties to uphold the hotel's standards of hygiene and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other designated spaces.
Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish surfaces as required.
Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and other amenities.
Follow safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding guest information.
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning duties.
Good communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
