Key Responsibilities
Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas following brand guidelines
Change linens, replace amenities, and restock supplies as required
Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns
Assist with laundry tasks such as sorting, folding, and pressing when needed
Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in clean and organized condition
Respond promptly to guest requests such as extra amenities or special arrangements
Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times
Support team operations during busy periods or special hotel events
Perform additional housekeeping tasks assigned by supervisors
Ideal Profile
Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
Physically fit to handle cleaning tasks throughout shifts
Good time management and organizational skills
