Maintains responsibilities for the keys which have been signed for, within his/ her possession Makes up assigned guest rooms to THE ACT & 72 brand standards. Maintains trolley in a clean, neat and tidy order. Places Room Service items out of guest view in the lift areas. Turns in all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office. Reports large sums of money or jewelry to the Supervisor. Reports to the Supervisor all rooms not requiring service or displaying a DND sign. Reports to the Supervisor any Blankets, Bed skirts, etc. That requires changing. Reports any malfunctioning equipment immediately. Performs Spring Cleaning as and when required. Performs turndown service when required. Reports any Health and Safety Hazards. Reports any unusual behavior. Can respond to guest's requests regarding facilities within the Hotel. Removes and informs the office, of items found upon check out of the Guest, e. g. foam pillows, irons, adaptors, etc. Records accurately discrepancies
