Position Overview
Accor is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant for Movenpick Hotels and Resorts in Dubai. This role ensures guest rooms and public areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards to guarantee guest satisfaction and uphold brand reputation. Core Duties

• Prepare housekeeping carts daily with supplies, keeping storerooms and carts organized
• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, windows, doors, fixtures, and public areas
• Replace amenities, towels, linens, and in-room literature as per brand standards
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and wall hangings; clean vents and ceiling corners
• Strip and remake beds, inspect mattresses, and ensure bedding cleanliness
• Wash and mop hard floor surfaces and vacuum carpets, including under furniture
• Inspect and report maintenance issues with lights, TVs, faucets, and other equipment
• Maintain safe handling and custody of housekeeping equipment, supplies, and keys
• Ensure guest balconies and patios are clean and properly maintained
• Report safety concerns or unsecured rooms to management immediately
• Assist colleagues and other departments when needed to support smooth hotel operations
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor with guests and staff

Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not mandatory
• Physically fit to push and maneuver housekeeping carts up to 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, kneel, lift, and work on feet for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance
• Strong understanding of housekeeping standards and ability to follow instructions
• Flexible to work shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
