We are seeking a meticulous, efficient, and service-driven individual for the position of Housekeeping Attendant. Key Responsibilities: Housekeeping, Cleaning, and Maintenance

• Deliver daily cleaning services to all assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, ensuring pristine condition and strict adherence to established hygiene standards
• Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies as required, maintaining consistent inventory levels
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure a spotless and inviting environment
• Identify and report maintenance requirements, damages, or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor
• Uphold privacy, confidentiality, and security of guests and residents at all times
• Support laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding as needed
• Maintain cleaning equipment and storerooms in a safe, organised, and hygienic manner
• Comply with health and safety policies, including proper use of chemicals and personal protective equipment
• Assist with deep cleaning, room turnovers, and special housekeeping projects as directed
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding courteously to guest and resident requests or concerns

Qualifications: Housekeeping Attendant Experience, Skills, and Requirements

• Filipino nationality is required to support visa and employment compliance
• Previous experience as a Housekeeper, Cleaning Attendant, or in a similar housekeeping role is preferred
• Working knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and quality control
• Good command of the English language; strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of integrity, attentiveness, and personal responsibility
• Able to adapt to varying workload, prioritising tasks to meet operational demands
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Physically capable of performing the duties, including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
• References from previous employment are advantageous
