Attend morning briefing every day on the assigned location and time. Ensure to check and clean all guest accessible/visibility areas before prior to start the regular routine work schedule. Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s facilities and local service, supplies information and responds to guest\xe2\x80\x99s queries. When VIP\xe2\x80\x99s & Groups are expected to arrive, ensure special attention is consistently delivered in cleaning respective areas and toilets. Report any damage or miscellaneous items found your assigned areas to his/her supervisor or to the desk coordinator. All areas at the hotel to be cleaned in line with the scheduled timing. Carries out extra task of the week and to maintain monthly cleaning schedule. Ensure to complete the assigned task such as shampooing, scrubbing, polishing & washing Regularly checks all public toilets in the hotel and reports all maintenance promptly to HK Supervisor in charge. Report any lost & found items immediately to his/her supervisor or to the desk coordinator. Clean and check restaurant, coffee shops and staff area (locker & Cafeteria) throughout the day. Maintains vacuum cleaners and any other equipment regularly used in the public areas. Advice Supervisor/Assistant Executive Housekeeper of maintenance required to follow up on it. Keeps an eye on the living plants and informs housekeeping office if they need attention. Respects guest privacy and does not discuss any private information with colleagues. Carries out emergency procedures as per Hotel Emergency policy. Complies with the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s standard in relation to hygiene and personal presentation. Complies with the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s health, safety and hygiene policy. Strictly to maintain shift hand over checklist & toilet check lists In case of rain keep signage in and out of all exits in guest/ associate areas. Clean floor regularly to avoid water stagnant.
