This is a fantastic opportunity for those with passion about the Hospitality Industry and a natural ability to surprise and delight our guests. Key duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Cleaning guest rooms; including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors to the hotels high standards for guest arrivals Ensuring towels and linen are refilled, replaced and stored correctly Performing any basic maintenance, or report and coordinate major maintenance requirements Using appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes ensuring safe work practices are maintained Ensuring high standards of property presentation, hygiene and cleanliness

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role A friendly, customer focused attitude with the drive to provide total customer satisfaction Strong attention to detail with a passion for hospitality Good communication and time management skills with a friendly personality Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays
