Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Nad al Sheba Pvt Club. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the hotel industry, demonstrating exceptional cleaning standards, reliability, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitization in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards. Ensure all assigned rooms are fully stocked with necessary amenities and guest supplies. Perform deep-cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Respond promptly to guest requests, providing excellent customer service and attention to detail. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department. Follow strict procedures for handling cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in the hotel industry. Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices, including handling of chemicals. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Physical stamina to handle standing, bending, and lifting tasks as needed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
