Report any maintenance issues, room damage, or lost and found items to the supervisor.
Ensure trolleys, equipment, and storage areas are kept clean and organized.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or inquiries.
Handle guest belongings with care and maintain guest privacy.
Adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures regarding security and safety.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
