Job Summary:
A Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Duties include making beds, replenishing supplies, and reporting maintenance issues.Duties and Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors. Restock supplies like toiletries, tissues, and cleaning materials. Report any maintenance issues or damages. Follow health and safety guidelines. Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests. Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly used and maintained.
