Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare guest rooms to the hotel's standard after check-outs and for stay-over guests.
Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and bathroom amenities.
Thoroughly clean and sanitize all bathroom surfaces (toilet, shower, sink, floor).
Dust all furniture, fixtures, and surfaces; vacuum carpets and mop floors.
Empty all trash and recycling receptacles.
Restock room supplies (e.g., coffee, toilet paper, soap).
Inspect rooms for any maintenance needs (e.g., broken fixtures, burned-out bulbs) and report them immediately.
Maintain the cleanliness of public areas (e.g., hallways, lobbies) as assigned.
Ensure all guest lost-and-found items are handed in to management.
Respect guest privacy and security by strictly following "Do Not Disturb" signs and entry procedures.
Manage and organize your housekeeping cart and supplies.
Requirements & Skills:
Previous cleaning/housekeeping experience in Dubai (minimum 1 years)
Ability to work efficiently, with a strong eye for detail.
Good physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg) throughout the shift.
Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of English or the local language is beneficial.
