How does your working day look like ...

• Clean and service allocated guest rooms, corridors, staff areas, and storage spaces as per SOP and 25hours brand standards.
• Maintain Brand Suites and assist in showroom setups when required.
• Ensure housekeeping trolleys, cupboards, and supplies are clean, well-stocked, and maintained.
• Report missing items, damages, stains, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle guest belongings found in rooms according to 25hours hotel procedures.
• Safeguard and responsibly use issued keys.
• Complete daily checklists accurately and report DND or vacant rooms to the supervisor.
• Greet guests and colleagues courteously; respond to requests efficiently.
• Participate in briefings, trainings, and support onboarding of new team members.
• Prepare guest amenities and assist in creating special "wow" moments.
• Conduct daily inventory of linen and in-room equipment.
• Follow all health, safety, fire, and security procedures.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming and uniform care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

• Can work alone without help but also listens to instructions when needed.
• Displays flexibility and a positive attitude in adapting to dynamic environments.
• Can adjust quickly to changes in work or hotel needs and proactively takes initiatives.
• Can do multi tasks at the same time during busy times.
• Demonstrates effective time management and finishes work on time.
• Maintains exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and personal presentation in line with luxury hospitality expectations.
