How does your working day look like ...

Clean and service allocated guest rooms, corridors, staff areas, and storage spaces as per SOP and 25hours brand standards. Maintain Brand Suites and assist in showroom setups when required. Ensure housekeeping trolleys, cupboards, and supplies are clean, well-stocked, and maintained. Report missing items, damages, stains, or maintenance issues promptly. Handle guest belongings found in rooms according to 25hours hotel procedures. Safeguard and responsibly use issued keys. Complete daily checklists accurately and report DND or vacant rooms to the supervisor. Greet guests and colleagues courteously; respond to requests efficiently. Participate in briefings, trainings, and support onboarding of new team members. Prepare guest amenities and assist in creating special "wow" moments. Conduct daily inventory of linen and in-room equipment. Follow all health, safety, fire, and security procedures. Maintain high standards of personal grooming and uniform care. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Speaks and understands English clearly when talking to guests or team members. Can work alone without help but also listens to instructions when needed. Displays flexibility and a positive attitude in adapting to dynamic environments. Can adjust quickly to changes in work or hotel needs and proactively takes initiatives. Can do multi tasks at the same time during busy times. Demonstrates effective time management and finishes work on time. Maintains exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and personal presentation in line with luxury hospitality expectations.
