Key Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and other assigned areas.
Change bed linens and replenish room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items.
Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to the supervisor.
Follow proper procedures for the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean and orderly state.
Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times.
Respect guest privacy and ensure rooms are properly secured when cleaning.
Provide prompt and courteous service to guests when encountered.
Assist with laundry or other housekeeping tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus.
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good physical condition; able to lift, bend, stand, and move for extended periods.
Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
