The Elixir Clinic is looking for Housekeeper Immediate Joining.

1. Job Purpose:

Responsible for providing high standards of cleanliness, safe environment

in the healthcare premises and ensuring that the housekeeping department is fully compliant to the protocols as directed by the local health authorities.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the cleanliness of her assigned area. To ensure that the utility and storage rooms in his/ her area is kept neat and tidy at all
times.

To ensure that the Housekeeping trolley is arranged and kept ready with the necessary
supplies required for the execution of cleaning activities.

Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures, handling of equipment and

cleaning techniques.

Completes all tasks in a safe and qualitative manner. Plays an active role in the waste management code of practice. Informs supervisors when leaving and returning to area of work. Completes work left from previous shifts and reports all incomplete assignments. Willing
to stay late to finish assigned procedures and responsibilities.

Demonstrates awareness of importance of quality improvement within the medical
facilities and applies it to daily working routines.

Customer Service Perform all duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner. Facilitates cooperation and communication between Housekeeping staff and nursing
staff in order to ensure maximum customer and staff satisfaction.

Commitment - Making an extra effort for the Clinic and for the patients. Adhere to the Elixir Clinic's mission of "Faster-Better-Friendlier Service" Business Management The Housekeeping supervisor is responsible for performing the duties in a productive,
cost efficient manner.

Taking team meetings and ensuring that all policies and protocols are being followed by
all housekeeping teams and fully compliant.

Maintaining the highest standards of infection control and training all team members. Act responsible and reliable, with customers & staff. To ensure that Mops/Dusters, etc. are clean and well maintained. To ensure that proper chemicals are used to clean the appropriate surfaces. Distributes laundered articles and linens. Replaces soiled drapes and cubicle curtains. To ensure that appropriate shift hand-over and take-over occurs at the beginning and
end of each shift.

Managing and reporting untoward incidents/ occurrences as noticed to the clinic
managers.

To carry out the cleaning orders as assigned by the clinic managers. To maintain a good interpersonal relations with senior members and associates alike. To ensures that the assigned tasks are completed within the period of duty.
