Job Summary: Looking for a Housekeeping Attendant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms according to set standards
• Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, as well as other shared spaces, ensuring they are tidy and presentable always
• Handle and monitor the inventory of linens, towels, as well as cleaning supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure uninterrupted guest service
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and courteously
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or malfunctions to the appropriate department for prompt resolution
• Adhere to safety and security protocols to maintain a safe and hazard-free environment for guests, employees, and visitors
• Handle lost and found items according to set procedures, ensuring proper documentation and storage of items
• Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and departments to achieve overall cleanliness goals and exceptional guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies, cleanliness standards, as well as health regulations to maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The ideal candidate must have vocational training within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the same field
• Must have a keen eye for cleanliness and the ability to maintain a tidy and organized environment
• Should be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Ability to manage time efficiently to complete tasks within given timeframes
• Should be trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Possession of a good command of English is an advantage
