Job Description
Key Responsibilities
(Preferred Philippines and other Nationalities)
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards. Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities. Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas. Maintain housekeeping trolley, linen closets, and cleaning equipment in proper condition. Report any maintenance issues, lost & found items, or safety hazards. Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times. Respond promptly and politely to guest requests. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
Requirements
Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred (especially in 4- or 5-star hotels). Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long hours. Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. Team player with strong attention to detail. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Presentable appearance and professional attitude.Job Type: Full-time
