• Maintain housekeeping carts and storerooms in organized condition
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing courteous and professional service
• Assist team members when required to support smooth daily operations

Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment preferred
• Basic English communication skills (reading, speaking, understanding)
• Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented demeanor
• Willingness to learn, flexible, and adaptable to hotel operations
• Ability to work in a team and handle physical tasks such as lifting and bending
