Housekeeping Associate ?Location: Abu Dhabi City, UAE Position Type: Full-Time ?We are seeking a diligent and experienced Housekeeping Associate to join our premier holiday home management team in Abu Dhabi. This role is unique as it combines high-standard hospitality cleaning with the logistics of managing multiple properties across the city. ?Key Responsibilities ?Premium Cleaning: Execute "hotel-standard" cleaning for luxury apartments and villas, including deep cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing. ?Linen & Amenity Management: Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities (toiletries, coffee/tea) to ensure a "five-star" arrival experience. ?Property Inspections: Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items immediately after guest check-outs. ?Mobile Operations: Drive between various property locations across Abu Dhabi City efficiently to meet tight turnaround schedules between guest check-ins. ?Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring the vehicle is well-stocked for the day's route. ?Required Qualifications & Skills ?Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in Hotel Housekeeping or luxury residential cleaning. Knowledge of professional cleaning chemicals and equipment is essential. ?Licensing: Must possess a valid UAE Manual/Automatic Car AND Motorbike license. ?Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Abu Dhabi city routes and neighborhoods. ?Communication: Basic to intermediate English proficiency to communicate with the operations team and occasionally interact with guests. ?Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical workloads, including lifting linens and moving between multiple floors.
