Key Responsibilities for the Housekeeping Attendant Role

• Clean, tidy, and organise all rooms and shared spaces according to established procedures and best practices for luxury households.
• Change bed linens and towels, make beds with precision, and ensure all guest rooms and private areas are well-presented at all times.
• Dust, polish, and vacuum floors, surfaces, furniture, and fixtures, maintaining immaculate standards throughout the property.
• Manage laundry duties, including washing, ironing, folding, and garment care, ensuring clothes and linens are pristine and properly stored.
• Restock bathrooms, kitchens, and service areas with towels, amenities, cleaning supplies, and household essentials as required.
• Assist with organising wardrobes, storage areas, and personal belongings as directed, maintaining respect for organisation systems and confidentiality.
• Identify any maintenance issues or damage in the household and report promptly to the appropriate team member or supervisor.
• Uphold strict hygiene standards, ensuring all cleaning products and equipment are used safely and stored correctly.
• Support household routines and occasional special events, ensuring all spaces are guest-ready and welcoming.
• Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a positive, team-oriented attitude at all times.

Skills and Experience Required for Housekeeping Attendant Jobs in a Private Household

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or room attendant positions within a hotel, luxury residence, or similar environment preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and modern housekeeping equipment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise tasks and work efficiently without constant supervision.
