Housekeeping Attendant
Rixos Marina Hotel Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

What you will be doing:

\xc2\xb7 Perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing all assigned areas in accordance with established standards.

\xc2\xb7 Make beds and change linens as required.

\xc2\xb7 Clean and restock bathrooms with toiletries, towels, and other supplies.

\xc2\xb7 Replenish amenities, such as drinking glasses, toiletries, and stationary.

\xc2\xb7 Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.

\xc2\xb7 Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and fellow team members.

\xc2\xb7 Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Any other task assigned.

Your experience and skills include:

\xc2\xb7 Prior experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality setting.

\xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.

\xc2\xb7 Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

\xc2\xb7 Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines within the hospitality industry.

\xc2\xb7 Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Physicals aspects include but are not limited to:

\xc2\xb7 Constant standing and walking throughout shift

\xc2\xb7 Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

\xc2\xb7 Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting

\xc2\xb7 Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
