• Support Soft Services in the operation of all of housekeeping, pest control & waste collection.

• Support in establishing of standards of cleanliness for areas under scope of work.

• Assist in Manage periodic inspections of all areas to check on housekeeping standards and issues necessary orders to correct shortcomings.

• Supervise the inventory and cleaning supplies and ordering of replacements.

• Check and respond to requests received via various channels in a timely manner.

• Handle complaints and follow-up with clients until problems solved.

• Inspect work activities custodial personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive presentation of the buildings and malls, building/structure (Ground, floor, walls glass windows, doors) and other areas like restrooms within the mall and ensure conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.

• Support in ensuring that the Cleaning, Pest Control & Waste management service companies up to legislative and regulatory accreditation and licensing for the site.

• Assist in reduction of risks and application of health and safety procedures.

Job Requirements:

• 5-7 years\' experience similar role as Housekeeping Supervisor.

• Experience in Housekeeping or facility operations in hotels, residential projects, commercial buildings or sport clubs.

• Work experience in housekeeping, facility operations or similar role.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in hotels and tourism / business administration or relevant field.

• detailed oriented and be able to follow detailed instructions in applying pesticide to avoid harm to the client and self.

• Must possess good customer service skills and be customer-focused.
