Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and mirrors.
Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Assist with laundry services as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to requests and inquiries promptly.
