Job Description

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Male Housekeepers to join our real estate company. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across company-managed properties, including show units, common areas, and office spaces.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitise apartments, offices, lobbies, restrooms, and other assigned areas
  • Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and remove trash
  • Maintain the cleanliness of furniture, windows, and fixtures
  • Prepare show units before client visits or inspections
  • Monitor and report the inventory of cleaning supplies
  • Inform management of any repairs or maintenance needs
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times
  • Work efficiently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
  • Male candidates only (as per operational requirements)
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred, but not mandatory
  • Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Punctual, honest, and professional demeanour
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
