Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- You will follow the cleaning schedules
- You will make sure you have the necessary equipment
- You will monitor staff for clean the apartments and common areas
- You will control your work after execution
- You may be called upon to control the work of external cleaning companies.
- You process complaints and special requests and report any anomalies observed
- You prepare and drop off the laundry for online check-ins in the apartments
Job Requirements:
You ideally have a first successful experience in a similar position You have a sense of customer service and an eye for detail You like working in a team You are a serious, rigorous and reliable person You are dynamic and determined
