Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Rooms & Apartments
Clean and service guest rooms and apartments daily according to hotel standards
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels
Clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and floors
Clean kitchen areas in apartments (sink, countertop, fridge exterior, microwave, kettle, cabinets)
Dust furniture, clean floors, windows, and balconies
Check room amenities and replenish supplies (toiletries, tea/coffee, water, etc.)
Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues immediately
Public Areas
Maintain cleanliness of corridors, staircases, elevators, and public areas
Dispose of garbage properly and maintain hygiene standards
Laundry & Linen Handling
Collect used linen and deliver to laundry
Handle clean linen carefully and store properly
Follow proper procedures for stained or damaged linen
Health, Safety & Hygiene
Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly and safely
Follow infection control and food safety guidelines in kitchen areas
Wear proper uniform and maintain personal hygiene
Guest Service & Conduct
Be polite, respectful, and professional when dealing with guests
Respect guest privacy and hotel confidentiality policies
Handle guest requests politely and report special requests to supervisors
Reporting & Teamwork
Follow duty rosters and complete assigned rooms on time
Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance team
Attend briefings and training sessions as required
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
