About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on

Housekeeper

to join a private estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be actively involved in cleaning alongside the staff -- not only supervising -- with strong deep-cleaning skills and attention to detail. International travel is required as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Perform hands-on cleaning, including deep cleaning of floors, walls, ceilings, chandeliers, and AC blowers. Disinfect areas thoroughly after deep cleaning. Identify leaks, mold, or maintenance issues and take immediate action to rectify them. Assist in moving furniture, beds, and heavy items to ensure thorough cleaning. Prepare and share "before and after" cleaning photos with the family. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times; avoid emotional or political involvement with other staff. Support and work as part of a focused, team-driven environment.

Requirements

Proven hands-on housekeeping experience, preferably in private estates (not from hotel backgrounds). Deep cleaning expertise across various surfaces and structures. Physically fit and capable of using ladders and handling heavy objects. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality. Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Laundry experience is an advantage.
