Key Responsibilities:
Clean, sanitize, and organize all areas of the apartment including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
Follow and implement strict hygiene and cleaning protocols as outlined by company standards and local health regulations.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
Inspect apartments for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report promptly to management.
Maintain cleaning equipment and materials in good condition, ensuring safe and efficient use.
Adhere to established schedules to prepare apartments for new arrivals or same-day turnovers.
Ensure waste disposal is done properly and recycling procedures are followed.
Support inventory management for cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
Uphold the company's reputation for quality, cleanliness, and professional service.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, or hospitality (holiday homes, hotels, or serviced apartments preferred).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to follow cleaning checklists and hygiene procedures accurately.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
Reliability, integrity, and a positive attitude.
