We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and maintenance in hotel rooms, public spaces, and other areas. The Housekeeper will help provide our guests with a comfortable and clean environment, contributing to a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
:
Clean and maintain hotel rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to company standards
Replace linens, towels, and other supplies in guest rooms
Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and clean windows
Restock room supplies, including toiletries and amenities
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used properly and stored safely
Assist with laundry duties as needed
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and concerns
Requirements
:
Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
Ability to handle and properly store cleaning chemicals
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
