Purpose This job serves the operational side of the organization\'s business. House Keeper is responsible for maintaining the villa keeping it clean and tidy for the employees that are staying in the villa. Functions

• Take care of the villa accommodation condition both internally and externally.

• Clean all the rooms, including the kitchen, living room, bed rooms, and bathrooms upholding a high standard of cleanliness.

• Ensure all the furniture provided by the company is looked after and is being well maintained.

• Changing the bed covers after being used to ensure clean covers are provided for rotating employees.

• Laundry duties are performed for the items provided for the villa to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

• Check and maintain the first aid kit, to ensure every item is available in the event there is an incident.

• Remove any waste from the villa, ensuring the waste is segregated for recycling.

• Report any issues to management immediately. For example Damage to furniture, potential disagreements within the villa, or any maintenance problems that are required.

• Assist with any duties as and when required, and undertake specific tasks as instructed by management.

Safety Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to as far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment. Other Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems. Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company. Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment. Supervisory Responsibilities

• Oversee the condition within the villa ensuring everyone is respectful of all the equipment and furniture provided, and reporting any issues to management immediately.

Working Conditions This position is considered ONSHORE which is characterized as follows.

• Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night
• Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the work place
• Work surface is stable (flat)
